It's very cool experience with Big Rock web hosting.

They came up with some sanctions (couldn't even explain what they were) and stopped providing a service that was paid for until 2030. They also blocked access to my files. I haven't been able to get a refund for three months now. These scammers can deny you the paid service and refund at any moment. Be careful with these crooks!

I lost my phone containing the 2FA code generating app, I used the account sharing permission to access the account containing my website. However, when I wanted to buy another hosting package, an error occurred that did not record that I had registered for a new package but my card was deducted.The support person was flexible in helping me, activating the package I had purchased instead of having to wait for my account to be restored. Very fast and enthusiastic, 10 points for quality
