Lilis the best customer rep that made my day. What a wonderful person with a great professionality, knowledge, patience, courteous, and very helpful. My newly purchased domain was going thru a normal verification process whereby I needed to reconfirm my email address. Apparently, the first time I confirmed didn't actually get confirmed for some reason. She was quick and patient to help me with the issue which resolved in no time, and she was patient enough to answer all my questions in a very professional and timely manner.

Had problems with a form not submitting but these guys got me up and going. Thanks!

Tried Cloud hosting but server was slow so I moved to their VPS and the service is now worst! Even Godaddy shared hosting has better speed than Big Rock.

Price. I was with WIX for over a decade, but they kept raising the cost. I'm just trying to have a nice web presence, I'm not a big social media wheeler and dealer. I want something that looks nice and is easy to build.Big Rock's tools are simple and with proper layout can display a nice site cost effectively. There are some bells and whistles to their tools (layers, animation, timing) that I'd like to see, but NOT at an increase to price! I'm just fine paying what I'm paying.

The worst support there isFirst they take tens of minutes to reply, up to an hour, then they have agents who don't even understand your request, and they never help manually, they always tell you follow these steps, and if it doesn't work they won't lift a hand
