I just came over to Big Rock and was thrilled how easy migration was. I was having a troublesome issue of SPAM coming into my host application without any ability to manage or throttle it. My first interaction with Support was sadly unproductive -- support could not give any inputs. I was pessimistic we solving the issue. Thank goodness for Orland -- very professional, and completely understands the product. Orland took the time to listen and clarify what the issue was -- and then came back with very specific instructions and screenprint on how to configure a fliter Big Rock-side to control the IMAP email. Problem completely solved -- happy email once again. THANKS ORLAND
