Without warning my domain was suspended. I was told this was not controlled by Big Rock but Nominet. This is not the case. Big Rock provides the service on behalf of Reatime Registrar. So it is entirely inside thier control to fix this. They are giving it zero priority. 48 hours in so far. They tell me it is Nominet. Nominet tell me they could have fixed it but for Big Rock and their provider. They would also have given pre advice. This should have been given to me by Big Rock. It turns out the hstinger form is unable to accept the format of my name and address. So this issue is entirely of their making and apparently their policy is to turn off access without warning or requesting clarification. They have got the spade award for digging a hole for themselves.

All my sites have been down for weeks now, and they don't do anything about it. I purchased hosting for four years with them, and not even one year into it, the sites are down, and their incompetent customer server doesn't do anything, and they just say wait. If you go with them, as soon as you pay in full, for a couple of years, you are on your own. They will bring your sites down and won't do a refund.
