Arthur was absolutely amazing. I purchased Google Workspace but it wouldn't let me authenticate. Feeling extreme stress I reached out to the google team. They sent me back to Big Rock. Arthur took over and stuck with me patiently while I crumbled inside from the fear of losing the money on the purchase. He was able to troubleshoot and hopefully we will have an answer from the non-existent google team that was officially suppose to support me. Thank you again Arthur for your patience and support through this.Update: 11/04Google deleted my account and told me to contact Big Rock since I purchased from them. Big Rock said they have no control over the account and keeps sending me messages saying that I asked for it to be deleted- which is a lie! They have yet to prove it! I have been scammed out of my Google Workspace money ($150). I will not ever purchase from Big Rock again and will not work with the Google Workspace team either. I’m a small business owner and every bit counts. I was scammed but learned a valuable lesson!

I have been moving my clients from my current provider to Big Rock. Many of my domains have been in Squarespace since they acquired Google Domains. They are appalling, whilst moving one website into Big Rock, and pointing the nameservers to Big Rock, they were not letting the Name Server to change, since they had DNSSEC records installed on the domains. This is the first time in 17 years of business, that I couldn't just change the name servers like ANY OTHER Domain Registrar and point to my website. Carlos from Big Rock caught this issue, pointed it out to me - and confirmed that deleting the record should straighten this out. As my 40 domains on Squarespace come up for renewal they will be ported out and moved to Big Rock, so i can have 1 location for everything I do. Sqaure Space has no business running as a Domain Registrar... they can't even refer to your Domain when communicating about it. They use these "Built-In" Domain names that point to websites, I never wanted or plan to use. Big Rock will be getting all my business moving forward. The support at my last Web Hosting company was ridiculous and useless - safe to say "nonexistent" Big Rock is proving their support is GOLD Tier.

Thank you. Although not all the problems were solved, as there are no special editing functions on the website, I received help and explanations very quickly. I was also promised that the problem would be passed on to the engineers. I hope that the editing features mentioned will be made available and that the blog we are developing will become more accessible to people with vision problems.
