Protect your wallet with ho.stinger.I had a few websites with their plan and was renewing one of my domain names for a year. ONE YEAR. But their system somehow changed it to 3 years and I got stuck with the bill. I tried contacting their support, which by the way, every time there's an issue with any of my websites, their solution is to upgrade.Well they said that "we're sorry but no refunds" and their solution was "you can resell your domain name".It's their lost, as I'm moving everything as it expires to another hosting company.Bad service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Big Rock for Magento hosting. I purchased their hosting twice, but it didn't work properly. My website wouldn’t load after migration, and their support team offered no real assistance. When I reached out to support, it was a terrible experience—they struggled to understand the issues and kept trying to convince me they could help but ultimately failed to resolve anything. Their chat support service was especially poor.
