This company provides hosting for websites. I contacted 'Big Rock-France' but it's like I contacted a team from North Africa. Every single person from the 'support' (each time another one) answers with some friendly standardized messages, suggesting some articles of the website to help the customer. There is the limit of their help....After more than 6 weeks, my Wordpress blog, created at the end of 2003, is still not online AND moreover, I can't connect with my site. In other words, if the support team certainly is kind and polite, they seem to be unable to HELP an IT non-expert...

I've recently migrated three charity Wordpress sites from GoDaddy to Big Rock. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth the process went and how easy the user interface was. Sure, I know what I'm doing but I've always struggled with GoDaddy's sprawling interface and find cPanel clunky. Aside from the hosting costing the charity a lot less.
