I wish I had found Big Rock a decade ago because I would have saved myself a lot of money and setup/migration time using their A-MAZING hPanel user-interface; good to cPanel forever. SSL setup is so easy all you have to do is add your domain and sit back and watch it do its magic. Their dashboard and widgets bring managing a website to the next level, as well as domain management; all my domains will be transferred because of their interface and pricing. Big Rock also isn't one of those companies that's going to lure you in on a great deal and then price-gouge you at the end of term. Their after discount offer plan price is very visible and very fair. No more hopping web hosts every 3 years. I'm here to stay.

Big Rock provides outstanding services; however, the arrogance and reluctance of their technical support to offer genuine assistance is almost bewildering. I’ve reached out to their support team countless times, only to be met with disappointment every single time. Their level of indifference and lack of readiness to address issues is truly astonishing. Big Rock’s support team consistently fails to deliver the prompt and sincere help that users need, making it a frustrating experience for anyone relying on them for efficient support.

After all those years dealing with customer support I was finally surprised (and thrilled) by Big Rock's. Speedy, knowledgeable, relevant... what else one is to expect from customer support. Just amazed.Keep up great work!

Dika supported me through some frustrating moments with caching errors on my website. He was patient and provided me with the fix I needed. Big Rock and their support team are highly recommended. In the past with different hosting companies, I've been told that I cannot be supported with some issues, which I understand if it's down to my error however, I've never had anyone at Big Rock tell me that they can't support me. Also, their hosting service cannot be faulted.
