Do not waste your time and resources on Big Rock. VPS is down almost every week or whenever you really need it. Hosting a website and having professional email addresses are at your own risks. When you change your email passwords, others still can access it with the old password for at least 2-3 hours.

Manuel worked with me with patience and attention throughout the process of trying to resolve the issue I was having with the Big Rock connection in being able to access and edit my website. Although we could not get it resolved during the service call, Manuel forwarded the issue to another colleague (i.e., Jesus). I asked Manuel if he could help expedite the correction -- which appears he was able to have done -- as the issue was resolved the next day!
