I recently wrote to Big Rock regarding a charge, asking what it was for (you can't talk to anyone). I got an email back saying a refund was ordered. I did not know they had cancelled the domain registration at the time, as there was no explanation. When I discovered we didn't have a domain, I wrote asking what happened. The only answer I have received was asking for another email address so they could answer the question. Since then, I have heard nothing in spite of repeated pleas for information. Have we lost out 20 year old domain name? I am frantic over the possible loss and have written so, but no response. It is now Tuesday in Lithuania and still no reply from "their dedicated team who was told it was urgent". They know I will be out of the country on charity business for 3 weeks starting at 4AM on Wednesday. They have refused to release / unlock our domain name of 22 years and will not resolve the problem. I don't know what I can do to keep our website running and they are doing nothing. I do not understand why they think asking what a charge was for (there was no communication in advance or billing) means we want to destroy our website communication with applicants, volunteers, etc. Think carefully before trusting your organization's future to people who apparently do not understand English well enough, don't follow through with correcting their errors, have zero direct access, will hold your website for ransom or ???, are unconcerned that their error affects so many poor girls and have no idea what urgent means. UPDATE: email saying they are unable to find the requested information I sent on Saturday.

Response is a lie! Been going on since beginning 3 months ago and we've contacted over 50x and you've got dozens of people responding and somebody new each time so you don't know what's going on. You're a fraud and a scam! Maybe have 1 person per customer query instead of 20 different bots giving canned responses so nobody knows what's going on! Our sale ended weeks ago in 10 states and we can't login and can't respond to emails costing us tens of thousands of dollars thus the lawsuit! Fraud company from Lithuania. Continue to cost our businesses tens of thousands of dollars for non working product and ZERO customer service. We can not access anything and they refuse to take everything down and refund our money. They seem to think they can operate with impunity and destroy businesses and false advertise. No recourse and they are illegally using our information even after legal cease and desist orders to remove all our information and issue refund.
