Prices are great, hPanel is awsome, very smart user-friendly interface, just have to deduct one star for the never coming verification emails and then your domain suspspended because you haven't verify email lol and second star deducted for the support who really need a technical support themselves, because all they say just wait email will arrive :D

Andrius was super fast with replies and answers to all my questions. He may very well have had several conversations going, several open support tickets, but I would never have known. He was so quick to answer every time, like I was his only concern. Big Rock is really hitting it out of the park with support. Super fast connection time in the chat.
