This hosting service group is by far one of the most difficult to work with and i would never use them for a website. They blocked the domain i had from going live for 24 hours after creating it. After building the website for 4 hours they finally didnt like the word “coin” in the domain name, and they claimed that was a flag on their security. This was all for an informational website and they would not let it go live even after explaining the purpose. After removing the word they still didnt like the domain name. At one point one of their reps recommended an AI tool from their site for an approved domain name, which ironically after entering in the details the AI picked the exact same domain name they disapproved. What a joke and waste of time. I went with Bluehost instead. They used the same builder, and I had my site live in 5 minutes with the name i wanted. Zero issues. Don’t waste your time with Big Rock.
