I had a very good experience with Big Rock and their agent Kodee regarding the setup of my DNS service for my company. My company's domain is owned through Big Rock but I wanted to have our website to be hosted on Wix without pointing the nameservers wholesale to Wix. Kodee was very knowledgeable about the process and showed me how to set up the A record and CNAME record to point to Wix but keep the nameservers as Big Rock's. I was able to get my company's website working shortly thereafter.

I renewed my domain with Big Rock, and the payment was immediately charged to my card. However, your system still shows it as unpaid, and my service has not been renewed.What kind of nonsense is this? You take my money but provide nothing in return!My bank has confirmed that the payment was successfully processed to Big Rock.Big Rock even sent me a receipt and confirmation email for the transaction.Yet, your customer service is an absolute disaster! They keep giving the same generic responses, completely incapable of actually solving anything!This is blatant customer exploitation! Taking people’s money and not delivering the service—what kind of business practice is this? If this is a mistake, why are you being so careless? If this is intentional, then it’s outright fraud!If you don’t IMMEDIATELY fix this, I will escalate this issue everywhere. I will also take legal action to get my money back. Big Rock is acting like a company that has zero reliability and absolutely no respect for its customers.Either provide the service I paid for or refund my money! Otherwise, I’m ready to take this matter even further.

We chose Big Rock based on its high ratings, so we decided to migrate a few accounts. However, we quickly ran into issues. After migrating, we couldn’t access the Big Rock account because they don’t set up email automatically with a temporary password, unlike our previous providers. This left us without email for 48 hours. As for their 24/7 support? Useless, with a chatbox that wasn’t much help.Once we regained access, we encountered another problem: we couldn’t send emails from our iPhones. It turns out we needed to configure MX records—something we had never dealt with before. Now, three days later, we still can't send or reply to emails, which has left us unable to communicate with our customers. Clearly, we’ll be canceling our account and moving elsewhere.
