I am very tired of Big Rock. Every time I want to buy a domain, my payments all fail. I contacted their support, but they wasted 1.5 hours of mine and then ignored me completely. terrible customer service. I will not reniew my subscription. Yes, I was able to buy some domains after spending 2h, but after every payment, I had to try again and again for the next payment, and this problem still persists.

So if you can talk to a person, the customer service is great. However since the kodee bot has been brought in the experience has become awful and long winded. I have only had terrible experiences with their help bot. This is the second time I have needed help for a complex situation and I have had to waste around 15 minutes each time trying to get past the bot to speak to a human. The bot just kept repeating the wrong answer to my question, totally missing the point and would not send me forward to a human. This has happened twice now. I have used Big Rock for around 10 years to host many sites and domains. I am now looking to move to a service where I don't waste time arguing with an undertrained bot.
