Big Rock is the third hosting company I have contracted with. I have found the features they include in their base package are “you want fries with that” add one almost everywhere else. Their customer service is vastly superior to most any CS anywhere…but definitely a highly responsive, informative crew of dedicated folks that exceed the highest standards of any other Hosting Service

the worst provider i ever seen if i purchase the domain that will suspend with in two days even i didn't host the website or not pointed to other servers but my domains are suspended. worst customer support if i get a ticket and ask them to give me the exact reason and logs they reply after one day what if i have a more than 10 clients and if any problem happen how can i manage the client? best to move another provider
