Big Rock have really improved their backend tools and control panels recently. I have worked in graphic & web design for a long time, so don't often need help - but when you do run into a problem Big Rock always have your back! I couldn't get a large content upload to work for a WordPress site. Kodee patiently helped me with PHP configuration settings until we eventually solved it. Highly recommended.

I was a little pissed off at Big Rock because they upsold me to a cloud hosting plan but did not move my sites over to the new plan properly. Associate was knowledgeable and courteous, and pointed me to the help I needed.My only complaint was in the time it took between communications. That seemed like it could have been shorter. I also had to wait quite a while when I had one associate hand me off to another. I'm guessing this probably was due to associates helping multiple users at once.

Hi, I hope you're doing well. Recently, my account was suspended, including over 25 domain names and a hosting plan. After thoroughly reviewing Big Rock's legal policies regarding phishing and hacking, I understand that the company is only entitled to cancel individual domains involved in such activities, not the entire account. Given this, the suspension of my entire account seems both unjust and unfair. I'm reaching out for a resolution as this action doesn't align with the stated policies. image.pngIt is mentioned here that the domain name will be suspended only, but in my case, the whole account is suspended with over 25 domains which is again just unfair with me.Secondly, I was using the paid version of the myFriv theme, which is designed specifically for gaming websites. This theme can be verified on your servers, and the domain names involved were all running this theme. The website only offered online games for users to play; there were no downloads or payment transactions involved. The theme was purchased from myarcadeplugin.com, which you can verify as well.It’s possible that the theme worked perfectly until my account was suspended, and after that, the creator of the theme may have added something that caused the issue. In such a case, Big Rock should be protecting me, as per your policies. If there were any hacking or phishing activities, the domains directly involved should have been temporarily suspended, but instead, my entire account was suspended, which is only justified if I were engaging in fraudulent activity with Big Rock itself.As a paying customer, I should not be penalized for domains that I’ve legally purchased and are functioning properly, especially when they are not directly involved in phishing or hacking activities. The responsibility for this issue lies with the theme creator, and I am the victim of a scam originating from them.
