I've used their service for about a year, and it has been far from smooth sailing. At first, I thought the issues were on my end—maybe I wasn’t setting things up correctly, or perhaps my websites were too heavy. However, even with properly configured caching plugins, performance remained poor. Anything beyond simple static pages was nearly impossible to host on their shared hosting plan.The limitations only became clear when I finally decided to go through the trouble of switching. I set up my own VPS for just a couple of pounds more than what I was paying at Big Rock, and the difference was night and day. Yes, a VPS requires more hands-on configuration, but it’s far better than dealing with a service that simply doesn’t work for my needs.My recommendation? If you're considering shared hosting—don’t bother. It’s just not worth it.

I paid 959.75 usd for 2 years of fee for Cpanel services, I used it for few hours then I decided not to use it but seller is saying he will not refund .. Seller is trying to deceive us, Sellers refund policy is vague, Seller did not mention at all that Cpanel services fees are not refund during checkout process. Its not even mentioned in its refund policy. At the checkout there was not any option to select lesser date, I was given only one option to buy 2 years .. If I do not like then they will keep money for whole 2 years. This is Deceiving. Seller said that they paid the money to Cpanel.com but Cpanel.com has 72 hour refund policy no question asked refund policy. Very disappointed.

Automatically charged me. Don’t have a refund option. Totally a scam.Edit: 02 March 2025One of their agent contacted me saying they will intitate refund. When I wrote back saying the refund option is not available on their site. They replied saying they cannot do a refund now. They are definitely a scam.

They sell you on a two years package VPS, at first everything will be great, and then suddenly your apps and services start crashing and being slow, when you check the VPS you find that 95% of CPU is Steal time, which means you are waiting around for the host to give CPU time to your VPS, in other words they sell you 6 cores but those are virtual cores you compete with other people to get time on them, so basically I pay to use 5% of what was promised, and when you contact support they play dump and ask for screenshots and logs just trying to blame you, since i know what i am doing I sent everything they asked, I always receive same copy paste answers I migrated my services to a different provider (Setup an ubuntu server, instal ubuntu nginx , redis, nodejs, restore my databases and move my data and setup my services ) before they can give me a response and this should tell you everything you need to know Stay away unless you are fine with +24 hours downtimes Edit: No my CPU was not at 100% all time, I even stopped all my services just to check, and just connecting to it via SSH takes 20 seconds to load the welcome message. The steal time is simply explain by you are overselling your hardware. you got my money for two years so why would you care, your support even said he was glad I migrated to a different provider which tells me you are happy I paid for two years and only get to use it for a few months.
