what a joke is this company? the customer service is probably the worst of the companies I'm doing business with (siteground, dreamhost).their agent seem to either sleeping at the job or they manage several customers at the same time which is not ok when your website is down.I dont recommend Big Rock If you want proper customer service.

We chose Big Rock based on its high ratings, so we decided to migrate a few accounts. However, we quickly ran into issues. After migrating, we couldn’t access the Big Rock account because they don’t set up email automatically with a temporary password, unlike our previous providers. This left us without email for 48 hours. As for their 24/7 support? Useless, with a chatbox that wasn’t much help.Once we regained access, we encountered another problem: we couldn’t send emails from our iPhones. It turns out we needed to configure MX records—something we had never dealt with before. Now, three days later, we still can't send or reply to emails, which has left us unable to communicate with our customers. Clearly, we’ll be canceling our account and moving elsewhere.

I have 5 different web sites. I started one with Big Rock several years ago and would never deal with them again. As soon as I started to work on the site, I immediately created another site on another hosting platform. These people make it much too hard and frustrating to do simple things like recover a password. I can only imagine doing complicated things with them.

Bad, when hosting a laravel application, when running commands are not accepted. Asking to change the php version even though it is the correct version. No minimum autonomy for hosting. Values ??above the average do not comprise the 10-year plan. Bad experience, I'm even migrating to another host where paying for a server is more affordable, I have full control and the resources are better.They responded without the right to reply, and I had to explain everything to a new agent. The support is already bad. Not to mention that I followed as informed, when I did a simple "npm run build, npm run dev" it returns "npm: command not found" and I need npm to put my laravel application online. They're really bad.

What makes Big Rock great is how quickly they solve any issue you have. If I recall correctly, each of the issues I've faced has been resolved when I was still in chat, if I used chat.

Big Rock is not in the business of selling hosting, no it is in the business of selling lies, and lies, and lies, and lies, and more lies etc...From the first day of use there were problems, mostly created by internal choice of Big Rock, and it has been a headache to get anything to work ever since.Instead of customer support to provide an AI bot that is way too dumb to even deserve the I... but when you finally get transferred to a human it usually does not solve anything either.If you can use a different computer, move to a different country, switch internet providers, all they do is place the problem, that is created by Big Rock, outside of themselves and ending conversations with:"Let me know if you need anything else about the hosting itself."So you're left alone to solve a problem that Big Rock created and only Big Rock can solve, but they simply refuse to do anything... after their customer support refusal they start ignoring you...Long story short, Big Rock is A SCAM. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY since you will not get what you paid for.Update: This kind of responses is exactly why they’re selling a scam. Big Rock chooses to block almost all Surfshark VPN ip’s, refuses to solve anything or be honest and then come up with some b*llshit story so they won’t have to take responsibility for their choices.
