I am delighted with Big Rock's support service. Kodee quickly provided a workaround for unblocking the website after I made an inappropriate 2FA setting. He also helped me with the right settings. I should have also given feedback for the previous support services offered by Big Rock. Then and now, the credit goes entirely to Kodee.

I have been using Big Rock for like more than 4 and I haven't seen any other Web Hosting provider this competitive quality and support team. They are very highly skilled professionals. There is no competitor of Big Rock I would say in the market. I was facing issue reagarding an SSL installation and CDN conflict they resolved the issue and gave a thorough explantion the reason.

They dont give refunds in a a few hours of charge if someone forgot to turn off auto renew. They say its their policy and its a fraud policy. Theifs
