Enter Amir, the Real MVP – Just when things were getting frustrating, Amir jumped in like a tech support superhero ?????. He quickly spotted the AI’s mistake and gave me a way easier, correct solution—without any unnecessary steps.3.) No Overcomplicated Tech Jargon – Instead of making me feel like I needed a degree in web development, Amir explained everything in plain, human language. Simple, clear, and easy to follow.4.) Honesty & Straight Talk – Instead of trying to justify the AI's mistake, Amir owned it and told me what actually works. That kind of honesty? Rare in customer service.What Big Rock is Doing Right ?-- Fast & Hassle-Free Support – No long wait times. AI handoff was smooth, and Amir was on it immediately.-- Tech with a Personal Touch – Amir answered quickly, clearly, and with actual expertise.-- Simple, Effective Solutions – No wild troubleshooting rabbit holes. Straight to the best solution.-- Honest Advice About Costs – Instead of pushing me to renew my existing plan, Amir confirmed that buying a new plan (cheaper!) was a valid option. That’s a customer-first approach.What Could Be Better ??-- AI Needs More Training – Kodee was enthusiastic but… confidently wrong. ????? Better AI training would mean fewer frustrating detours before reaching a real solution.-- The Dashboard Mystery Remains… – My Big Rock dashboard still only shows "Overview" instead of the full menu. Clearing cache didn’t fix it. Customer service is good solve problem in time. but for old customer they not give same price for renew. so if you want work with Big Rock do long therm plan.
