They're entire system is user-friendly and well-documented, should you need a few hints.Occasionally, you might bite off a bit more than you can chew, letting your ambitions get the better of you. No worries - Big Rock's customer support is second to none... and you wont wait 5 days to hear back either. When they say within 24 hours, they mean it. (In my lengthy experience with them, I don't think I've ever waiting more than a couple hours, max, to hear back and have my issue resolved.)I have switched servers, hosting plans, upgraded and downgraded resources, and use both cloud-based and VPS services. I've never had an issue with them, hell, I've never even been frustrated with them.Setting up a WordPress site, or any other solution, is one-click easy. You're like me and still manually code sites? No worries - connecting Dreamweaver, FileZilla, or whatever you use, is just as easy. Even creating individual FTP logins for team members is so easy, I had my cat do it once while I was slammed. No one leaves this positive of a review.I'd think that, too, but in this case it's well earned.I recommend Big Rock to anyone who asks, and even people who don't ask. If I'm out to dinner and overhear another table say the word "GoDaddy"? To my date's disappointment, I feel obligated to interrupt that table and set them on the right path.I've used GoDaddy, and others, in the past. Just... just don't. Not when Big Rock is available. While I have trouble coming up with a single issue I have with Big Rock, I could talk to you for hours about the issues I've had with others, and when I'm done, realize that I forgot to mention 178 other things that sucked about them.So look.If you're thinking about Big Rock's services, pull the trigger. You're not going to be disappointed. If you're a complete newbie and find it intimidating, reach out to their support team - they're the best. I have been using hsotinger since 2018. I started using the premium plan then on 2020 and till now am not facing any issues. Currently we host 5 websites and everything is uptimethere is no need to be worried when hosted on Big Rock as all the process are done by their end. Currently using clund starter plan and i could clearly say its worth to purchase compared especially godaddy. Features including security, cdn backup are as promised and plan includes everything to run a business

i bought two domains thru Big Rock, i was deducted twice, moreover, i bought a plan showing 50% off but they charged me full amount. then during transfer one of my domain is gone and the other showing to buy it again. helpline has an AI who is not responding... looks likes scammers to me

I am not a major user, just a hobbyist and gamer with a couple of domains that I have owned for more than two decades. To be honest, the domains' email service and security is more important to me personally than actual website performace. I have been using Big Rock to host those domains for six years this month, and have not experienced a single issue requiring support contact during that time.Despite this they recently reached out and arranged a Zoom call with me to ask for any feedback or suggestions I may have about improving their service offerings. Now that Big Rock is also offering domain registrar service I am migrating that to them as well, as GoDaddy have increased my renewal fees exorbitantly to more than three times the price that Big Rock will charge me.

I had a fairly simple issue regarding plan features. They have an AI assistant "Kodee" handling enquiries initially. Kodee gave factually incorrect information regarding my issue, despite repeated questioning. It was just like.. 100% wrong, black and white. Thankfully Kodee didn't resist escalation to a human. The human fixed the issue immediately. My advice is : Kodee lies, and challenging it will not make it try harder. So if Kodee's advice doesn't seem right, no matter how confidently presented, escalate without hesitation.
