Been with Big Rock for quite a while, I use them for website hosting and emails and can thankfully say my experience is just 100% satisfaction. They keep their platform clean and simple, not cluttered with unnecessary info or graphics. No promos or junk mail either. They just get on with the job perfectly.

Absolute bunch of criminals. I made a simple mistake and clicked a button and bought a domain I did not want. They say they have a 30-day refund policy. Forget it. They found a way to wriggle out of refunding me and after 2 days of arguing they still would not refund me £14.99 for misplaced purchase!! Some complicated excuse that it wasn't their fault and despite my complaining and about 39 emails to them, begging them to simply refund me because it was a mistake and they said they had a 30-day refund policy, they would not refund me and they did not care. THERE ARE PLENTY OF COMPANIES WHO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE AND ARE BETTER THAN THIS COMPANY AVOID THEM!!!

What can I say, I've used a few hosting providers over the years and Big Rock is excellent. I think what sets them apart is customer services, questions are answered almost instantly, the person I speak to most often is Kodee, and it's a 5 star every time. Would recommend Big Rock to anyone.I've been using a really cheap plan to begin with, but will be updating to the business cloud server, now they've proven to be first rate.

I got Big Rock a month ago and I'm really liking it so far. I am someone who will go to the ends of the earth to tell people how much I love the web builder Wix. But, Big Rock is cheaper and it works similar to Wix, so for me it was easy to get familiar with because of that. Big Rock is a great web builder and a cheaper alternative if Wix is just too much. I recommend it.

Issue resolved by Santiago.We had an issue with not receiving emails due to incorrect DNS settings, where the domain was pointing to Big Rock instead of Google Workspace. Santiago was extremely helpful and efficient in diagnosing the problem. He quickly identified the misconfiguration and updated the DNS records correctly.His clear communication, technical expertise, and patience made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
