I had a very strange and rare problem whereby the website that was hosted by Big Rock.com did not load in any of my PC browsers. It turned out that the version of Win11 that I was using had incompatible SSL/TLS software, so the handshake failed. The support staff from Big Rock.com (particularly Ayunda) was extremely helpful to help fix this problem.

I have been attempting multiple times to transfer to another domain provider (due to the exorbitant renewal price) but the transfer lock against my domain is not unlocking. There's a popup claiming this is due to changing my contact details or transferring to Big Rock recently, both of which are false, since I haven't changed any details (hadn't even logged in to the portal since I transferred the previous year). It means I can't transfer out, with my renewal date just around the corner, and will be forced to pay more than double the renewal price I'd be paying if I went elsewhere.I attempted to contact Customer Service but I was met with an AI chatbot (Kodee) who was pretty much useless (kept suggesting the things I'd already tried; finally concluded it was a system error without suggesting how to resolve).UPDATE: I had to pay the exorbitant renewal fee to get my domain back. On the system it said it expires on 14th March but apparently it's already expired. If you use Big Rock, keep your own dates so you don't fall foul of forced custom. Will ensure I don't ever go with them again. Also, no attempt made by their customer service to keep me satisfied; it was basically a "tough tiddy" from them.

Lost all my income with this hosting service. They offered free migration, I chose the recommended option (without backup) and now, everything is lost.Exactly on the website that gives me my whole income.The allegation that there were missing files isnt accurate, since the site worked properly before (as seen on archive.org) and then, after I updated the SQL, it will probably work.So probably, just a question of SQL update.
