First AI chat which told me how to handle 404 error too stupid to differ between Website builder and wordpress.Then Thomas wenz in and explained that 404 handling is not possible ar website builder.Good response result bad.

To be honest when I first contacted support I wasn't sure they would fix the problem but it turns out I was wrong. The problem was solved in less than an hour even though it was a bit complicated and I'm happy I chose Big Rock.

The attendant was very patient, kind and thorough in his explanation.My questions were answered and my issues seems like they were resolved to the best of our abilities.

Their first line of support is their support bot. It works fairly well, but I got stuck in a loop where it kept giving me the same answers. I then asked to speak with a live representative. The bot did not argue or try to redirect. I was sent to a live person who got my question answered in just a few moments. I only got mildly annoyed with the bot when I could not get my question answered right away, but the response from the support representative evaporated that frustration.Let me put it this way, the bot worked well enough that I would be willing to try it first before reaching out to the support person if I have a problem again.Bots are necessary to give timely support, but the combination of the bot and the support person worked well.

Big Rock is a great place to be. Was at another hosting in the past. But no comparison to Big Rock. On top of all. Thanks.
