Migrating from another host was quick and painless. Big Rock has great features and I love the automatic update notifications. I can easily login and update things right from the dashboard. It costs a little more than others hosts but for me its worth it. Great job!

Bad support. I lost access to my hosting account, they asked to verify the documents and I did but since then none of them contacted me back. If you are in a such situation just be prepared to be waiting for a long time before they get back to you, you'll be losing your rankings while none of them cares.

They withhdrew money from my debit card without notifying me.I asked for a refund but they say they dont issue refund for domain names.So it is normal for them to take people's money without notifying them, but when you ask them to get back your money, it is against their policy.Becareful of these cannibals, they will automatically withdraw money from your bank card without prior notification.And don't be fooled by all those positive reviews, most of them are fake.
