using the Horizon AI app creator, which is very buggy, trying to make an IT booking system, it bases itself on having message minutes which you have to pay for upfront, no trial and the process is so buggy i ended up using 35% of my messages to create my app just to get it to display, then it would break by itself, use more messages until it ran out and I had then wait a month for refresh or pay for next tier, i did ask if they could give me some of my "wasted minutes" back but that was a no go. I don't the app is quite ready for mission critical jobs yet, IMO, support was ok, just and they did give me a refund, although i would have quite happily accepted my buggy minutes back to complete the app. I am quite happy to roadtest it.

I tried the AI chatbot .. but when i got no solution then i was transsferred automatically to a live agent. Mebell was very helpful and assisted me into finding the solution

I had a duplicate payment issue for a subscription plan due to a transaction page error, but Kodee responded to my email very quickly and resolved my problem. I am very impressed!

it is a really smooth experience with a shallow learning curve. you can create a site at a touch of a button using the ai assistant.
