I find security process little unfriendly: our two accounts were blocked without any warning and with no clear explanation. Evidence that is required to submit to recover the accounts is not necessarily and always on hands. the biggest frustration is of coures the unexpected loss of access, I am sure you understand what that might mean for an organization

For a reason I could not identify, I could not access any page on my site except for my home page. Every other page, including logging into my WP backend responded with a 404 error. Yvette listened to my explanation, did some troubleshooting and quickly identified the issue. Much appreciated!!!
