I’ve had the worst experience with Big Rock, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice!They suspended my website multiple times just because I do affiliate marketing, even though my site is completely legal and follows all their terms. Then, after purchasing a new hosting plan and domains, they banned my account within a day under some vague “abuse report” excuse, without providing any real evidence or explanation.When I asked for a refund, they refused, hiding behind a ridiculous refund policy that’s clearly designed to steal customers’ money. Even worse, they didn’t allow me to back up my website, so I lost everything!Their support team is absolutely useless—they just copy-paste scripted responses and completely ignore any real concerns. If you try to escalate the issue, they just stop responding altogether.It’s obvious that Big Rock is running a scam they lure people in with cheap prices, then start randomly suspending accounts to avoid providing real service while keeping your money.If you care about your website and business, do NOT use Big Rock! There are plenty of hosting providers that actually respect their customers, but this company is a complete scam. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

I got problem that i don't have the access of email that is registered with my domain do I need to change that but I was unable to change because for changing the domain email you need to accept the request from your email but I don't have the access so Big Rock support team help me lot in that with just simple a simple request They asked me for the proof and that's it. I domain registered email changed in just 1/2 an hour. Thank you Big Rock support team.
