Was going to do four stars but I never had a thing to complain about with them. Their server panel is pretty straightforward, however I would like to see tooltips and brief explanations laid out before us for functions that would save everyone much time.

I get your frustration—when Big Rock company makes the refund process unnecessarily difficult, it feels like they're trying to wear you down so you give up.

The website was alright overall, but there were a couple of issues that stood out. The biggest problem was the lack of clear explanations about the content of each product and what’s included in the price. This made it a bit confusing to understand exactly what I was getting. Additionally, the site doesn’t warn you before performing irreversible actions, which can be frustrating.That said, the best part of my experience was the excellent and kind customer support from Sheneyska. She was incredibly helpful and made the process much smoother. If it weren’t for her, my experience would have been much worse.
