This morning I was asking for help in preventing a few of my sites from timing out and they noticed some heavy traffic or some issue on the server my 'problem' sites were on so they asked if I minded them moving my stuff to a different server - no cost to me. After automated support (that was bad), I was supported by Jonathan. The issue was pretty messy but he was able to support my need without having to put to waste all the afternoon work. emails accounts were recovered and the ovarall support was outstanding. Hope automation can learn from human experience someday, still critical to any business.

After using your services and experiencing excellent results, I would like to share my feedback to help improve my experience even further. I need more advanced management and control options for the multiple websites hosted within the same hosting account. Specifically, I would like the ability to create separate user accounts and assign each user specific privileges. This would allow each user to manage their own domain independently without interfering with other domains. Having such a feature would greatly enhance efficiency, security, and ease of website management.
