There's a lot to like about Big Rock but their support experience is a fragmented mess! Since there's no way to continue a single support thread (support conversation) for a single support issue, you have to repeatedly re-start, re-explain, re-upload, re-wait, re-timeout and re-repeat the process over and over and over again for every single issue. It's a huge fail compared to most modern support methods where you can simply pick up where you left off on any previous issue (even months/years) later by simply reopening (or re-messaging in) the previous issue thread. Not sure why a company as big and well resourced as Big Rock would settle for such a dysfunctional support process!? Even with their (amazing) Kodee AI, it's a frustrating time wasting process for both for their team and their customers!

I worked with Kodee and he was on point and very helpful. It can be stressful when you're taking on a task that isn't something you do on the daily but Kodee made it simple and his guidance got me the result I needed. Thanks Kodee!
