Reviews that Cost me my Money! seem to positive for my taste, when ahead and transfer my domains to them, got a deal, bought some more, cancel the ones I did not want and was not offer the option to cancel. I made a payment for my hosting and they went a head and they illegally kept my other card on file and charged the other domains I no longer wanted. Because of their no return policy they cannot refund my money. They have no contact information for you to complaint to. Only a chatbot. Good Luck . I tried to find where these people were located. Where is - Lithuania- is it even real?

I subscribed to Hosting Horizons, and it works much worse than the trial. After I made my payment, the tool frequently displayed blank pages instead of generating the expected content, which meant that many of my paid prompts were wasted. Since I pay $9.99 for 50 prompts per month, this feels like a scam. The support team refuses to restore my wasted prompts or refund my money. Additionally, I am concerned about privacy because it seems that the Hosting support team has access to all my prompts and the generated results.EDIT: Decided to refund my Premium Web Hosting plan too. The chat bot didn't allowed me to do that at first. The Big Rock behaves really shady. When I wanted to complete my e-commerce website in Website Builder tool I wasn't allowed to do that because you need to upgrade to higher subscription to set up payments.

They charged me without any warnings. my auto renewal was supposed to be on 10/4/2025 and they charged me on 3/4/2025 and guess what!!!!! i don't have the right to ask for a refund!!!! i have been stolen by this company!! even the customer service reply to this live chat every 10-15 minutes!!!
