Avoid their VPS services. They offer add-ons and tools they clearly don’t know how to configure. When I contacted customer support, I was told "we didn’t create the tool" — which is shocking for a service provider. The support team is unhelpful, untrained, and dismissive. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.Big Rock in reply said that they have send me account request. But did not received any sort of account request. Can you tell me where you have sent it?
