The AI site builder is very easy to use and setting up the connection with the domain name is easy. When I wanted to switch to WordPress, I had some questions. The chatbot can help with the basic ones and when I asked a question the bot couldn't reply to, an actual person (Arnas) interacted with me within 2 minutes. He was friendly, easy to understand, patient and to the point. Two thumbs up!

Well, the speed, the speed and the speed. I have tested other two hosting companies, Big Rock's servers' light-speed is second to none. Sometimes, I wonder how LIVE server could be faster than even LOCAL server. No wonder some of my customers specifically commented positively on the speed of my site.Apart from incredible speed, I love the fact that I can now upload FOLDERS and its contents at once. That's a plus on the part of customized hPannel.The customer service is awesome! They respond immediately and proffer solutions to any of my questions.No down-time since I joined. I'm so happy I joined this leading hosting company.

It was a disaster experience with Big Rock, I bought a VPS last 2 weeks ago, but every day VPS gets disconnected and comes ERROR. When I contacted support I didn't get good help and they said it would be fixed soon but nothing happened. I did not see anything similar to you with bad services and I want to move to a new provider. I do not recommend to others and want to create a post on Linkedin and Social Media about my experience with Big Rock.

Fell for the "cheap" trap. Everything looks so simple - wp installation with a click of a button, theme selection. But then you can't even get to the wp admin panel! And the site remains parked. They force a preview mode for 120 hrs, as far as I understand, and their customer service is SO SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL! 20 mins until I reached a person, and this person was "checking" for 15 mins". After 20 mins of struggle and no actual solutions of even suggestions of solutions, I was transferred, as this person wasn't even able to promise me their cancel my account and refund me. Is this your idea of first customer experience? Shame on you

I would love to give these folks 5 stars as they've been really helpful and I've had no issues in the 1st year but now it's coming up to renewal time & I'm on auto-renew I thought I'd check and found a stonking 370% increase! That's after a 33% discount!?Hi, So I checked out the Black Friday deal [19/11/2022] which is an 'offer' of an upgrade (which I don't require) at £3.99 pm so for me that's a 190% increase... Shame.

the best thing i liked about Big Rock was the monthly payment option, as an administrators i try out different plans as per the client needs and was able to suggest the client to purchase the account, the hosting server/panel service was excellent. i would definitely recommend the domain and hosting service of Big Rock to my friends and clients
