Big Rock customer support got back to me very quickly and helped me with my original question about the hpanel. I was able to get to the next step with their help. That allowed me to see the next problem which I haven't asked them about yet. I have no doubt that they will be able to help me then as well based on the help I received this time and a previous time a couple of years ago. Good people to deal with!

Lots of options were offered. Hard to find answers on site, but Google search usually gave it. Took a little time, but finally figured it out. A one month Test Site, to see if I can migrate from WordPress Business plan in a few months or just start new with same domain address.

I was looking for a vps for a test pilot project. Knowing that it could require more resources I needed one that could scale. I found that at Big Rock. But what stands out about Big Rock's process is that you can upgrade your vps in situ. With many other providers this is a process of backing up your image, performing the upgrade, and then restoring your image.Not exactly a friendly environment for production servers.
