After 3 days of dealing with a login issue! I finally had it taken care on 3rd contact, 2 days later by an effective tech, at the recovery team on the 3rd day of confronting the login issue that was critical to me and my business. The 5th Star didn't come into place because of the delay, I experienced with the first 2 techs in realizing my need was critical and it needed to go to the recovery team in that initial contact, but it didn't until the second contact, but it took a 3rd contact with the recovery team on the 3rd day of experiencing the login issue to be resolved. The 4 stars go to the last tech, at the recovery team, who was very effective indeed. I would change the protocol and let that tech in recovery id the need and then pass it on to a tech that will resolve it. Thank you, 3rd tech at recovery!

I guess I should have read the negative reviews on here first, as they all hit the nail on the head. Customer service is just unbelievably awful. What I don't understand is how Big Rock comes top in so-called 'top ten' surveys, which leads me to believe that these surveys are rigged, to say the least! Always check Trustpilot first, is the lesson learned here.

I would absolutely not recommend Big Rock for any services that they offer. Their system is plagued with technical issues and their customer support is extremely lacking.I have a VPS with Big Rock that I purchased a control panel license for through Big Rock's dashboard. After purchasing, I was unable to make use of that license contrary to the dashboard's claims that the license would be installed after purchase; this seems to be the result of a technical issue with their dashboard. The issue remains unresolved at the time of writing.Of course, the license I purchased is only valid for a certain number of days so every day I can't use it is lost value. Customer support was extremely unresponsive and slow, which to me sounds like they're understaffed and overworked. I've had to ask them for updates on the issue after receiving none for multiple 24 hour periods.After yet again asking for an update today and receiving no further details about when the issue would be resolved, I just decided to get a refund.Big Rock has been a complete waste of time. A personal project I have been trying to launch has been delayed severely thanks to this company's issues. Completely baffling that they wind up on so many top-10 lists. Do not use.

Slowest hosting you can ever use, GTmetrix performance is 51%, Fully Loaded Time: 7.8s(Test was from london UK, and my website server was also UK, using CDN and also the best cashing plugin Big Rock recommends), and still, my customers has to wait 7.8sec for a product page to load hahahaha.also: the worst and most useless support team you can ever have to contact.don't do my mistake and rely on them.
