Excellent website with brilliant support and features

For me, I have the daunting task of moving from a shared hosting account on another company to a VPS on Big Rock. It's been a journey that's not for the impatient, or the unwilling to learn. The Big Rock chat agents help alot by helping with specific issues as i go, but I find that for VPS clients, the Big Rock tutorials and YouTube videos are less than robust, in that there should be basic onboarding videos and tutorials to help us VPS clients navigate, especially when coming from a shared hosting environment. And while I understand that they have a managed VPS service, and the level of support I need may seem counterintuitive, I believe that more guidance on the transition from shared to VPS hosting will result in more transitions to shared VPS, as many clients may prefer it when faced with the reality of hosting our own VPS servers. Other than that, it's been about a week so far, and overall, I'm learning alot, and looking forward to working with Big Rock going forward.

Larges delays and low skills with customers.

They have a very fast response time. I've got a problem with my website and need to contact Big Rock to understand how could I solve this. Fortunelly they answer very fast and tried many ways to find out a solution. And they found!

Big Rock's help desk is great - I had questions about my recent domain transfer and email setup and used the chat feature. Response time was quick and well informed. I really like using this feature as issues are resolved quickly.

Annas was a great help with getting my site live. He noticed a couple of things in the set up process that I had missed and fixed them almost instantly for me. Very helpful. 5 star service.
