Not for newbies! they will delete your account without notice. telling that they received an abuse report for phishing. and they will send a link of compliance for you to read as if you are able to specify which part of your website has phishing. *already paid the 4year plan.( now already canceled)*Still trying to figure out which part I messed up.

It's been almost a year since I switched from Hostgator to Big Rock, hoping for better speed and customer service. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge mistake. I have been building websites for more than 10 years, and Big Rock has been the worst experience I've had so far. I started with the Business Hosting plan and then upgraded to the Cloud Hosting plan, hoping for improved speed.Currently, I have two live websites on my hosting which are properly optimized with cache plugins, image optimization, and CDN. However, almost every other day, I notice that my hosting plan's performance drops due to maximum resources being reached. Despite upgrading to cloud hosting, my resources are still inadequate.I have tried to investigate the reason for this resource peaking, but I have not found any solutions. Whenever I perform a speed test on Google, I receive one error: "Increase SERVER RESPONSE TIME." I have spoken to customer service about this issue numerous times, but I only receive generic answers. I am extremely disappointed with Big Rock and plan to migrate to another hosting company.

OMG! After This Review, All 7 of my Website Folder Were Completely Erased!!! How Rotten is That! (ORIGINAL REVIEW) If you never need support, you will give Big Rock a 4 or 5 star! If your Website isn't online and support doesn't ask you any questions, meaning a Process of elimination Questions, and it takes you 3 days to figure out your issue because their support is a complete Joke & Clueless, it's not worth any discount. Remember, your website is down for 3 days! Example: The panel issued me a username, for example, Z3478943. So I decided to create a new FTP account. Under username, I added Z3478943and then the Panel turned it into Z3478943.Z3478943 This was stacked in a very small box and I didn't notice it, and I was using Z3478943 for the username. Their Kindergarten Support didn't ask me one question about this and referred me to Fiverr. I had over 12 emails with support and they had no clue. They knew it was an FTP issue! By the way, if you have any FTP issues? They'll just recommend their FTP software! Support is Terrible! You can't call and speak to someone, no matter how desperate you become! You're going to have to figure everything out yourself! I just found out that there is only One-Tier Support! You get what you pay for!
