I am not satisfied with my experience with them. I purchased the domain on 5/21, otherwise now it does not work, and after I contacted the customer service for more than 6 times, they are still replying with one sentence (still under investigation)

Support team has resolved my issues in minutes but I have found a bit difficulty in finding the support email and I haven't found any contact forum.I think there's a need for improvements in regards to community support + Big Rock support.Give a very clear option to contact support and perhaps why and how urgent the support is needed.Newbies might not like this and require support.if you implement the community support than I suggest, approving all posts by a moderator so no sensitive info is shared publicly.That's all

Horrible, customer support went downhill on the last year. They make you wait for hours and don't solve your problem, they got cheap with the customer support and now we pay the price. Horrible experience.Also it's is fair to say that they are little by little removing your control over your own settings so that if you need to change anything you need to upgrade your plan.Edit: I didn't receive any "contact request" from you here on TP
