The customer service is really absolutely phenomenal. The first colleague always told me to wait 5-10 minutes, but after 10 minutes, they would return with the exact answers to my questions. This shows how dedicated they are to helping. Also, they kept their word. If they said 5-10 minutes, it wouldn't exceed that. If it did exceed then only 5 minutes tops. The second colleague was a bit more experienced than the first one so they took less time to respond. However, both of them didn't just provide short answers, but detailed and very elaborate. They stuck with me until the very end. Whether that be with hosting plans, how to transfer one hosting to the other, or domain transfer, you name it. Feeling completely lost, they are there for you. As I said...absolutely phenomenal!

This guys is the better hosting service in the whole world and it isn't an overkill. The support is amazing and excelent; the hPanel is easy and intuitive of using; Well, the experience is amazing.

Big Rock is a great service until it comes to support. Their support team is ridiculous as they never know the problem and just say things to get you off their back. We have been with them for a couple years now and downtime has been worse than ever due to small things like PHP updates on their end that break our wordpress sites. If we talk to support they will tell us our plugins are causing issues or things that don't support anything related. This is the 5th time it's happened or I wouldn't complain. No phone number for support either...
