I have been a Big Rock customer for the past two years, but in the last few months, they have started charging me around INR 4100 for just restoring backups. Additionally, am not asking for any website technical help i asked for my website backup related but Big Rock team said you have to pay 4100 then we give provide backup. their support team is unfriendly and very rude. Therefore, I do not recommend Big Rock.
