Victor's service was exceptional and quickly resolved what I needed. One aspect needs to be stated. It took some minutes to be contacted the first time and to initiate my questions, but it's certainly not his fault. In fact, the system warned a minute or two to wait. But when he started dialog with me, he was excellent, clear and effective.

They lost my website. I went through the migration process from domain.com to Big Rock, and confirmed with domain.com that they sent my files and no longer had them.But I couldn't edit my website because Big Rock did not give me an "Edit website" button. When I asked them to allow me to edit, they put me through all kinds of hoops to do multiple variations of setup (their "help" consists of pasting online help articles into the chat box). Then they repeatedly told me the settings were correct and I would be able to edit the site in 24 hours. Repeatedly. Finally, a month into it, someone said, "We don't have your files. That's why you can't edit them." Nobody bothered to look to see if the migration succeeded, or check to see if the files were there, because some glitch told them I never requested a migration. They insisted I never requested a migration because their records didn't show one, and that settled that.Domain.com sent me links to ICANN and other sites that verified everything was in the hands of Big Rock. Big Rock STILL insisted that I never migrated the site because my migration wasn't in their records. It happened in actual fact, but they had no record so it "didn't" happen, even though official records indicate the files transferred and they are hosting the migrated website. So, they had the files somewhere but then they lost them, so they claim to have never received them, even though the official tracking sites indicate they are responsible for those file and are supposed to be in possession of them.There is a path between the service that sends the files and the service that receives them. Something in that path shows what happened when my migration request caused Big Rock to communicate to domain.com that the files should be transferred, because domain.com and official records show including they were. Big Rock's system's failure to record a migration they successfully submitted to domain.com should be traceable. When I worked in IT, this kind of situation would raise alarms. It would be escalated and people would be interested in identifying the source of the problem so they could ensure it never happened again. It would also be a concern that losing someone's website would call the integrity of the business into question. These guys aren't at all concerned.Identifying the problem could have possibly led them to my website files, but nobody bothered to try, or possessed the problem solving skills to think to try. Not their problem.So now I have to rebuild my site from scratch because the original files were generated in a software I no longer have.Mistakes happen, but nobody there seems equipped to study a situation and determine the cause of a problem. They just shoot out canned "solutions" and screen printed instructions from their online help without looking into the actual file and employing actual problem solving skills. It also appeared to me that can't seem to fully focus on the problem at hand, which means they're either texting or handling other problems in addition to mine when they respond to me, giving scattered and unhelpful service, like throwing random suggestions in hopes that something will stick, and forgetting the conversation midway through it because their attention is divided. I had to keep on telling them to "scroll up" to refresh their memory on why I was there and what my problem is. If they can't focus on the problem, they can't solve it. Which they didn't. They took so long to not resolve the lost website issue that I lost my window to cancel and get a refund. In addition, their website editing interface is so NON-intuitive that you need a four-hour class, constant referral to online help, and frequent questions to the chat agent for everything. I experienced this with my other website (I have two). I even had to ask the agent how to close the chat window because they don't use standard industry designs like an X in the upper right hand corner. Try inserting an image without help, I dare you. They designed the editing software on drugs.Check thisandsuch.com. Note that the site doesn't display properly on a phone. Perhaps you can address that issue as well. Not advised for Newbies!…Terrible support!Website looks good, services look good but can’t contact anyone for support!Just go round in circles trying to get the answers/support!… a simple online chat button would make it very simple!Not possible to call either!After paying £206.84 for what I thought was a domain, email & website turned out to be a nightmare & just seemed to be hidden costs!Tried navigating the site for a couple of hours before giving up & deciding to cancel! They offer a 30-day money back guarantee so will see that they honour this & how quickly it’s done & update my review accordingly.UPDATE:…Full refund received, so I can confirm they do honour their refund policy.Asked to provide more details to prove my review is genuine?… Where/how do I provide these details to you without posting them online in my review?The email address provided for the registration should prove my review is genuine?!

As a hosting company amongst their other products and services, I have found Big Rock to be very helpful. They always answered my queries 24/7. My only regret is that my hosting plan eventually outgrew and because my emails are host by another company, I chose to unify everything under one hosting plan - I had to leave Big Rock. But, for someone just setting out, I highly recommend.Plenty of resources, help topics or if do get really stuck, the chat and email service with Customer Services is available.Thanks Big Rock. I have enjoyed my time here. Sorry I had to leave.

It was already late on Friday, nearly midnight, when I discovered an issue on my webpage. I decided to reach out to Big Rock support and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from them within just 20 minutes. Considering it was late at night and almost the weekend, I had expected to wait until possibly the next morning, if I was lucky. Their promptness exceeded my expectations!I must express my admiration for the exceptional and prompt customer service provided by Big Rock. It is truly remarkable.

Initially when I signed up with Big Rock and completed the application process, I realized I made a mistake indicating an email that I no longer use. I tried correcting the email address myself but couldn’t I searched online and otherwise for a customer service contact number but that was impossible too. I started a chat with them. I completed everything I was asked to do I had to upload a picture ID and send in a copy of a bill showing my home address all of which I completed 2 weeks ago and no one sent me any emails or contacted me at all regarding a resolution. My work was in limbo waiting for what exactly? No one cares at Big Rock customer service is zero.when they show you up front that they’re not an honest company, don’t waste your time and money. I resolved the situation myself and have sensed moved on!

This has been one of my favorite hosting exeperiences. Over the last 10 years I have used about every hosting platform there is. I usually have very unique server needs and as such need a higher quality type of hosting. Big Rock provides everything I need and any time I have had a question or issue they have been on top of it right away. I have yet to have any sort of negative experience. The only thing I will note is the email system Titan email has had a lot of issues for me. This may be specific to me but I also have one other admin that runs into email deliver issues. (This however is always solved by clearing the cache inside of Titan). That is literally the only issue I have noticed and it's only a tiny minor thing. Big Rock is also investigating it and has been very helpful in trying to discover the cause of it. There is literally no complaint that could be made about this company in my eyes. Thank you for the incredible support and awesome server plans!

Signed up for a four-year deal and was a very costly mistake. The hosting solution is not up to what the marketing claimed it to be, and I've had to move elsewhere, with three and a half years to go! Can't seem to get any kind of refund.
