We purchased our domain with Big Rock and they were hosting our email through Titan. Suddenly, our domain became inoperable without any notification. We have made over 20 inquiries and our domain has been held hostage for over 2 months. The customer service won't respond or work to reactivate our domain. We believe it's because we wouldn't upgrade our email service on their Titan service and now, our email and website are non-functioning. We are a small business and they have destroyed our growth.
