I bought 2 domains with Big Rock. A CDMON provider tried to stole them on April 14th but luckily I received a notification to stop the unwanted domain transfer. Months after, on July 25th my 2 domains were definitely stolen. I contact over 20 times with customer support but until the date I've got no explanation. Worse part is that they don't even want to give me a formal complaint form. Terrible hosting and horrible service.

I have been a loyal customer of Big Rock for over 5 years, relying on their services to run internal websites for my work and various other websites with numerous Cron Jobs and essential services. However, a recent incident has left me disappointed and frustrated with their lack of understanding and customer care.While I was on vacation, I regrettably forgot to add my new card information on my Big Rock account, leading to its expiration on July 30th, 2023. I did not notice until August 1st, 2023, I immediately reached out to Big Rock for assistance. My simple request was for a mere two-day extension, as I would be home on August 3rd, 2023, enabling me to add my new card and make the necessary payment. Unfortunately, my plea fell on deaf ears.I understand that the responsibility for not updating my card information lies with me, and I take full ownership of that oversight. However, I firmly believe that a company with a reputation like Big Rock should be more understanding and accommodating towards long-term customers, especially when the requested favor amounts to less than $2 based on my current plan.Yet, Big Rock's response was dishearteningly cold and indifferent. They refused to show any consideration for the lengthy relationship I had built with their platform, treating me just like any other customer who might have recently joined. This lack of empathy and flexibility sends a clear message that their primary focus is solely on financial gains, disregarding the importance of maintaining strong relationships with their loyal clientele.I find it incredibly disappointing that Big Rock places little to no value on customer loyalty. In this digital age, where countless hosting options are available, businesses should strive to foster a sense of trust and loyalty with their customers, appreciating the years of patronage and support they receive. Regrettably, Big Rock's actions have shown otherwise.I urge potential customers to think twice before choosing Big Rock as their hosting provider. While their services may be satisfactory, their lack of empathy and willingness to accommodate reasonable requests demonstrate a concerning disregard for their customers' needs. As a result, I feel compelled to share my experience and warn others about the potential pitfalls of trusting a company that prioritizes financial gain over building meaningful and lasting relationships with its customers.

Big Rock is a good company, I have been a customer since 2015/2016, but they have had a big problem in the last 2 years, which was the various updates that only harmed the user, the customer itself is well harmed with the limits reached, regardless of whether there is a peak of hits at one time the site is reduced every month and only changes in the other month this is totally harmful, apart from that the Big Rock has good support and a lot of quality, the support is grade 9 most try to help and others do not.A Big Rock é uma boa empresa, sou cliente desde 2015/2016 porem eles tem um grande problema nos ultimos 2 anos que foi as diversas atualizações que so prejudicou o usuario, o cliente em si é bem prejudicado com os limites atingidos independente se tiver um pico de acessos em um horario o site é reduzido todo o mes e so altera no outro mes isso é totalmente prejudicial, fora isso a Big Rock tem um bom suporte e muita qualidade, o suporte é nota 9 a maioria tenta ajudar e outros não.

These guys are great. The prices are very fair, and the servers are very responsive.
