On first impressions, Big Rock seem like a great platform - and they are great, if nothing goes wrong. If anything does go wrong, Big Rock start to show their ineptitude in handling issues. Not just in their ability to handle issues, but their explanations (or lack of), limited ability to actually contact them in an easy way, and the time it takes them to resolve issues. I used their website creating platform and domain hosting with them. The account and verification were sent to am email address with .co.uk instead of .com. It was easy enough to get ownership of the Big Rock account. The real nightmare starts with the domain. No matter how many profiles are created or updated, Big Rock is not sending the verification to the correct email address. This means the website, the domain, and the business emails are all held in limbo. An old profile on Big Rock remains in place, and can't be switched or deleted. Big Rock either can not, or will not provide any details on what exactly the issue is. They will not provide any information on what has been explored, what efforts have been made, or what kind of time frame they can expect the error to be resolved by. If I could go back in time, I would not have used this service. As each days draws closer to the 30 day money back guarantee, I draw closer to asking for this actioned.

I reached out to customer support because I made a mistake when renewing my domain and could not figure out how to resolve it. I was connected with Arianna who was extremely helpful. Arianna responded quickly to my question, was very knowledgable about the website and the issue, and provided me multiple solutions and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. Arianna then provided links to instructions for the solution and invited me to contact her again if any issues arose during my resolution. I can't give Arianna enough praise for her professionalism, knowledge of the subject, and her great customer interaction. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent memory and it definitely makes me more confident using Big Rock's services going forward.

Big Rock's domain transfer dispute process is awful - even with clear proof of hacking and fraud. They need to recognize that they empower rather than prevent bad actors.07/08/23: Big Rock claims they've reached out to me but nothing was received. They seem to be trying to obfuscate my review. I would recommend not to engage this company, very shady.26/08/23: they've finally listened to our multiple complaints - the hacked site has been suspended but not yet returned to the legal owner. The process simply took too long. The bad actor was able to disrupt business and people's lives while Big Rock twiddled with this, even with legal trademark dispute evidence and investigator input. My one star review remains, would give even lower if i could.

I've been using Big Rock for over 3 years now and I never had any problem with it. If I had any questions, they were answered within minutes. The only thing missing for me is the way to get invoices with NIP numbers on them.
