So much better than the previous platform I was using. Don't know why I hadn't moved to Big Rock before. It took me a year to build my site with the other platform and it was still not mobile-responsive. With Big Rock I built the site in 6 days and it was mobile responsive. Also, the support you get is amazing, I was working on a few elements well into the night and there was someone at hand to help with my queries.

Serious outage and no clue for first 30 mins. All my websites are down, so I attempted to move to different host. Interestingly, the files are not accessible either. I thought, okay, I have backups so I should be able to move away with one of the last backup but damn it doesn't load either!Support team pointed to statuspage.Big Rock.com and informed me there will be no refund as I passed 30 day period. I am thinking "Oh you started creating problem today, why would I need to move out if you can provide consistent services?". I asked for service uptime guarantee and no claim was registered. I shared the link but no response to this point and conversation moved to providing backups!

Tonight's encounter with Monica reminds me I made the right choice with Big Rock. That Big Rock actually cares about their customers. I had an issue with meeting the expiry date of my VPS Server. She explained what would happen if I did not meet the deadline and what steps I can take to avoid losing my hosting. I explained I needed just 1 day to settle my bill ... and she went the extra mile and gave me 3 days to sort it out. 5 Stars experience for me. <3

To qualify our needs are simple and low volume/traffic so we do not use many of the higher end services. But for what we do use it is very reliable, easy to manage at a very competitive price. We did have one issue which was resolved first time very quickly.

Big Rock seems a not so good company, if you did not work with them, because we always think that what is cheap can not be good. In this case this is a Error, under my companys point of view, Big Rock is really a top host provider, and paralel cheap. You get a real online 24 hours customer service chat, and a 99,99% up host service. What did you want more. I fully recomend.
