Everything was going great until I upgraded the service. Big Rock has good uptime service, price and many features, but customer support does not pair well with their core services. I just spent 1 hour and 45 minutes before getting another transfer (end of shift or just transfer) without any kind of help. It looks like the old team from the call centers is now working for Big Rock, the ones who put you on hold and ask you to spell your name 5 times before they transfer you to another unhelpful person. Every single reply came about 10 minutes later as if it was timed, with no update or help at all, then after 30 or 45 minutes, a transfer. I had a very easy case, a serious technical issue and my request to escalated was not done until... they run the clock enough times pretending they are actually helping a customer. They are not, they just put you on hold, or reply every 10 minutes just to scam their employer. I hate ChatGPT taking jobs but if you ever wonder, this is the reason why that happens, the dirty old lazy tricks of the call center "support" staff. You can see that the negative feedbacks are mainly related to support. I think they should buy SiteGround.com and have their staff take over, they are 1,000 times better.

If your website and domain names have been suspended and hijacked by Big Rock, please contact me as we are about to file a class action lawsuit against Big Rock. We are owners of a trademark beauty brand, manufacturing and selling our own products and products sourced from legitimate and verified manufacturers. Without warning, Big Rock suspended our website demanding that we remove a link. We did so even though we are still in dispute with the 3rd party. Big Rock Staff have now permanently hijacked our website and trademarked domain name. We are now working with reputable attorneys to take this fake company who have been described as cyber criminals, down and sue for financial compensation. We invite others with legitimate claim to contact us and tell us your story, so we can add you to the suit. This heavy-handed rule by Big Rock will not be allowed to go unchecked.You did not follow any legal routes. If you had, the first thing would have been to reach to us instead you suspended our website without notice..twice. you accused of running an illegal business. All your emails have been handed to our attorneys and that's why they were keen to represent us. You tarnished our brand with your false and useless accusations. You will pay, financially. Any judge will ask what notice you gave us and what evidence you had for your disgusting false accusations. Do you think we would have passed 2 years of trademark application by selling stolen products? We manufacture our own prouds, we have a legal, trademarked brand but you dare to overstretch your authority where it wasn't necessary. You cost us 2 weeks of income. You will pay. You did not help. I showed you where you were wrong and you restored our website.

Customer service, oh man, I haven't seen this type of customer service anywhere. It started as I started chat by asking a question, it took like 10 or more minutes to get first reply, so I thought well, maybe it was a wrong idea to buy their services but boy oh boy, was I wrong. Once I got the reply from their agent it changed my opinion immediately, as I got reply with more than I had asked for, it contained the information as what I wanted, whether it was a nice idea to by that service for my requirements, why should I opt for another service and what makes the other serivce better which is like kind of okay but I told her that maybe I want to just get a refund as I made the wrong choice with my decision. So, what happens next is that she says yeah please let me provide you the link straight away, nothing like why are you leaving, don't leave we will give you good support and services etc. Just ask the question and there she is with the help. That straight forwadness is what I want, which is not there nowadays they ask a lot of questions, take a lot of days for refund but well here I applied for it, I was informed that it's being processed and after few minutes I got the refund.So, brilliant experience, I would definitely go back to them for my needs.Keep this up, cheers.
