Big Rock customer service is as bad as Nigerian customer services or worse. They promise 24/7 support and 4 minutes live chat delay but do not reply to live chats for 30 minutes to several hours. Even when they do, the chat is set to automatically close. So you can't continue a previous chat. The individual customer service personnel are nice and does their "delayed best". This poor service has left my sites down for 5 days and counting, hurting my seo and earnings.

horrible experience using Big Rock, i bought an email service and everything was godd, then i paid 2 emails more, the payment was done and my emails didnt appear, contacted the support for a WHOLE WEEK and they cant help at all so while im still using my main mail now it doesnt even work the main one, worst experience cant recomend
