Customer service is poor. I spent months being tossed between Big Rock and my previous provider to transfer some domain names. Big Rock blamed them, my previous provider blamed Big Rock. No one will take responsibility for a transaction that cost a few £s and my domains are in linbo and probably lost forever. What's more, because of this error, which has nothing to do with me, they have frozen my account so I can't purchase any more services from them anyway, which I have no intention of doing. All very bizarre.Update - They contacted me (after a week). Gave me a stock response and just repeated what I already knew. I replied to ask for more clarification and some additional questions. They never responded.I should also note, the interface is very clunky and hard to use (if you use WordPress). Also a lot of WordPress plug ins don't work, for example the all important All-in-one WP migration plugin, it will not allow me to import a simple (200mb) website (probably due to their low PHP limits). This is a really fatal flaw.

very very bad experience, not the customer service, on domain servicethere have no value for the domain we purchased under Big Rock.they cant approve to create a subdomain, if we havent a purchased Hosting service from them. disappointing domain Service my opinion is not to buy domains under Big Rock.com

I really like Big Rock. They've proved great at hosting a few of my websites. Stable service and customer support has been fast and excellent when I've needed it. My only worry is that, as with previous hosting companies I've been with, that the service begins to slip after awhile and they get greedy with pricing. Hopefully this won't happen with Big Rock and I'm a happy customer so far.
