my name is Andrei plop and I am the owner of the following sites plopandrei.com or rubyskynews.com or cvnextjob.com and they are all hosted by Big Rock.com! unfortunately this Big Rock no longer works as it did at the beginning and they don't even answer the chat anymore, they also don't have a phone number you can call! on the chat it says that they will answer in 4 minutes, but they don't answer even in 4 hours! the sites load a lot or don't open at all and I want to transfer to another hosting because I lost a lot of clients because of this hosting! I can prove that I am the author through the signed contracts!

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with Big Rock's customer support, specifically with Rodrigo, a senior tech specialist at the company. I contacted them with an urgent need to migrate my website to WordPress. Rodrigo insisted that my only options were to either start my website anew on WordPress or wait for an unspecified amount of time for an export feature to become available.What makes the experience even more frustrating is the fact that Rodrigo kept repeating the same limited options, despite my making it clear that neither was a viable solution for me. I felt like I was going around in circles, getting no closer to a resolution.I specifically requested to speak with someone higher up to explore other potential solutions, only to be told that it would not make any difference. Rodrigo's repetitive and intransigent responses did not just fail to solve my problem; they added an unnecessary layer of stress and frustration.This experience has considerably eroded my trust in Big Rock's ability to offer effective customer support. It raises serious concerns about their willingness to accommodate customers facing urgent or unusual circumstances. I strongly suggest that anyone considering using Big Rock's services bear this in mind.
